  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Delays: While we do our best to meet our shipping estimates, unforeseen carrier or weather delays may occasionally occur. Drifted Anchor is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
